Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Specialist to join our sales team at CHUGHTAIZ ENTERPRISES. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building corporate client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates who want to build a career in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

Identify potential corporate clients through research and networking

Generate leads through calls, emails, and meetings

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients

2. Sales & Client Handling

Present company products/services to corporate customers

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts

Support negotiations and deal closing

3. Relationship Management

Maintain long-term relationships with clients

Provide after-sales support and customer follow-ups

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of leads and client interactions in CRM systems

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Track sales targets and performance metrics

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, management or related field

0-6 months experience

Required Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills

1. Confidence and persuasive personality

2. Basic negotiation skills

3. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

4. MS Office proficiency

5. Ability to work under targets and deadlines

6. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Location: DHA Phase 1, Near Adil Hospital, Lahore

Working Days: Mon-Sat

Salary: Rs. 70,000/- to Rs. 80,000/-
