Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, maintaining customer accounts, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, providing exceptional customer service, conducting client trainings on services offered, and collaborating with the sales management team to implement strategies that support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Capability to facilitate Training sessions to educate clients on products or services
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mentality, and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with the logistics and transportation industry is a plus
