Requirements

  • Must have strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, often requiring experience meeting sales targets, and self -motivation to drive results in fast-paced environments, with education varying from high school to a degree.
  • Customer -focused, positive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and qualify new sales leads, building a robust pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and close deals to meet/exceed targets.
  • Utilize Allstate software to track and manage client data.
