Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote company services.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales efforts and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare facilities, and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate staffing or healthcare solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up schedules in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain documentation, and update client databases.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or business development roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and sales conversations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/client management systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
