Salary: PKR 85,000 – 110,000+ (Depending on Experience & Skills)
Timing: 6 PM – 3 AM (Monday to Friday)

Sales Specialist – Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to support business growth by managing client relationships, generating new sales opportunities, and promoting our staffing and healthcare services. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote company services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales efforts and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare facilities, and business partners.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate staffing or healthcare solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up schedules in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Handle client concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Prepare sales reports, maintain documentation, and update client databases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or business development roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls and sales conversations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/client management systems.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
