Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, chats, and inquiries professionally
• Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets
• Provide accurate product/service information
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential customers
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Work closely with the sales and support teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service
• Strong communication skills English
