As we expand our operations, we're looking for dynamic Sales Specialists to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This role is crucial in driving our B2B outreach and contributing to our mission of providing convenient, reliable, and top-notch laundry services.

**Position Overview:**

Starting 2nd January 2024, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for leveraging data mining techniques to identify potential business leads and engaging these prospects through strategic outbound calls and emails. Your goal will be to understand the unique needs of each potential client, effectively communicate the value of Love2Laundry's services, and convert these prospects into long-term customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Data Mining:** Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads that align with our target market.

- **Outbound Calls:** Engage in cold calls to introduce Love2Laundry, understand potential client needs, and uncover sales opportunities.

- **Email Campaigns:** Design and send personalized email communications to potential clients, aiming to build interest and secure further discussion.

- **Lead Management:** Organize and track interactions with prospects using CRM tools, ensuring regular follow-up and lead nurturing.

- **Performance Tracking:** Regularly monitor and report the effectiveness of outreach efforts, adapting strategies as needed to improve results.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and utilize feedback from interactions to enhance the outreach approach and inform service improvements.

- **Team Collaboration:** Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to client acquisition and satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role focused on outbound communication.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.

- Strong understanding of sales principles and dedication to customer service excellence.

- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Prior experience in the laundry or hospitality industry.

- Familiarity with the UK market and its business culture.
