Sales Specialist (Dental CT / CBCT)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to grow our business in the Dental CT market, with a strong preference for candidates who have CBCT (Cone Beam CT) sales experience. This role is based in Istanbul and will focus on developing accounts, managing the sales cycle, and driving revenue across dental clinics, imaging centers, and related channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual targets for Dental CT / CBCT products.
• Identify, approach, and convert new customers (dental clinics, hospitals, imaging centers, distributors).
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product presentation, quotation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
• Conduct product demos and communicate clinical and technical value propositions with confidence.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and updates in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and product teams to improve customer experience and win rates.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the dental imaging segment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience in dental/medical devices or imaging equipment (required).
• Experience in Dental CT sales is highly desirable; CBCT experience is a strong plus.
• Currently based in Istanbul and able to work on-site and travel locally as needed.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Mandatory Military Service Requirement (Türkiye)

• Must have completed military service or have official exemption/deferment status (required).
