Position Overview:

Job Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM

Job Type: Onsite Only

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing sales and deal closing, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through digital marketing channels
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
• Actively follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates
• Pitch and sell digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and strategy
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM
• Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively
• Continuously analyze performance and optimize sales approach for better results

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales (digital marketing industry preferred)
• Proven experience in sales closing
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, social media, etc.)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
