The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client dealing, and the ability to build long-term relationships within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients within the education sector
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer pain points and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of or interest in AI and EdTech solutions
- Prior sales experience (EdTech/Tech sales is a plus)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with the team
Preferred Skills
- B2B or institutional sales experience
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Lead generation and client handling
- Familiarity with SaaS or software product sales
- Knowledge of educational technology trends
