Sales Specialist - Edtech

The Role:

Join our growing team and help shape the future of learning through AI-powered solutions. We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive who can connect with educational institutions and students while promoting innovative technology-driven learning experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client dealing, and the ability to build long-term relationships within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients within the education sector
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand customer pain points and provide suitable solutions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
  • Maintain sales reports, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of or interest in AI and EdTech solutions
  • Prior sales experience (EdTech/Tech sales is a plus)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with the team

Preferred Skills

  • B2B or institutional sales experience
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Lead generation and client handling
  • Familiarity with SaaS or software product sales
  • Knowledge of educational technology trends
