Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sales within the UAE
- Strong network within retail chains, pharmacies, hypermarkets, and wholesale markets
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Expand and manage relationships with key accounts, pharmacies, supermarkets, and distributors
- Increase product distribution and ensure strong in-store visibility
- Identify new business opportunities across the UAE market
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue
