We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to expand the market reach of our Dissolved Acetylene (DA) products. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to increase DA gas sales (target: 3,000+ cubic meters/month).
  • Identify and pursue new customers in industries such as metal fabrication, welding, cutting, automotive, and construction.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely deliveries and service.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policy.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer demand.
  • Coordinate with the plant operations team to ensure smooth supply chain and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in B2B industrial sales (preferably industrial gases, welding equipment, or chemicals).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Must have own transport for client visits.
