Role Overview
BridgeNatix is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and execute outbound communication campaigns across both B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate will combine strong research, communication, and sales skills to build pipelines, engage prospects, and create new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Research, identify, and qualify potential leads using CRM systems, LinkedIn, databases, and lead generation tools.
· Build and maintain accurate prospect databases while ensuring data quality and organization.
· Execute personalized outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels.
· Develop and optimize sales messages, pitches, and follow-up sequences to improve engagement and conversions.
· Manage lead pipelines, conduct follow-ups, and schedule meetings or consultations for the sales team.
· Track performance metrics, maintain reports, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve targeting and results.
Requirements
· 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
· Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools.
· Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume outreach activities.
· Experience with international markets is a plus.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
