So, what responsibilities does the Sales Specialist - Operational Leasing take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

• Conduct vehicle pricing research in line with customer requests and provide quotations by calculating rental costs.
• Facilitate the execution of rental agreements by aligning and finalizing terms with customers.
• Monitor contract durations and proactively contact customers whose contracts are approaching expiration to ensure timely renewals.
• Expand the customer portfolio through regular customer visits.
• Address long-term leasing customers’ after-sales service needs, coordinate with relevant process owners, and arrange replacement or temporary vehicles when necessary.
• Prepare periodic reports related to long-term leasing activities.
• Manage long-term leasing operations in coordination with Avis and Budget offices as well as Otokoç branches, and support the invoicing process.

What are the Required Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in fleet leasing within the automotive industry
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Active driving licence
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively
