Job Description

This role is ideal for UAE Nationals who are interested in building a successful career in real estate sales within a professional office environment. Unlike traditional outdoor real estate sales roles, this position is primarily office-based, where advisors will handle client communication, follow-ups, and sales activities from the company office using company resources, marketing support, and leads.

Office Timings
  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in the UAE.
  • Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
  • Provide clients with accurate information regarding available properties and market trends.
  • Conduct virtual and in-office consultations with clients.
  • Follow up with leads provided by the company and maintain proper CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and developers for property availability and transactions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • UAE National with Family Book.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sales, real estate, and customer service.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and professional environment.
  • Good computer and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
