About the Role

We’re looking for a Website Sales Specialist who understands that a website is more than pages it’s a business tool. If you can confidently sell website design, development, and digital experiences, this role is made for you.

You’ll own the sales cycle end-to-end, helping businesses transform their online presence through smart, conversion-focused websites.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sell website design, development, and IT services to international clients
  • Identify businesses that need better websites and show them why
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
  • Understand client goals (branding, conversions, e-commerce, performance)
  • Pitch tailored website solutions that fit client needs and budgets
  • Prepare proposals, timelines, and pricing for web projects
  • Close deals and hand over projects smoothly to the web team
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up consistently
  • Achieve monthly website sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in website or IT services sales
  • Strong understanding of web design, development, CMS, and e-commerce basics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in selling value, not just price
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and online sales platforms
