Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Greet customers warmly and build rapport through friendly, professional interactions
- Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable products or services
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, warranties, and promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency
Sales & Transactions
- Operate POS systems to process purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket size and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Store Maintenance & Merchandising
- Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are visually appealing, and signage is accurate
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and loss prevention measures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
Product Knowledge & Training
- Stay up-to-date with new arrivals, product specifications, and brand messaging
- Participate in training sessions to improve selling techniques and customer service skills
