Sales Staff In-Store For Watches, Jewelry & Accessories & Perfumes (Full Time)

About The Role: As a sales promoter you will be part of the associates team in the merchandising of products across the Kewalram stores and kiosks. The primary focus will be on the category of international brands in watches and fragrances. This will be a paid opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the store teams in the daily activities of store management, up-keep, stock maintenance, visual merchandising display and customer support.
• On-going learning knowledge of new products and systems and ability to train fellow peers
• Directly participate in the sales process from engaging with customers to advising on suitable products whilst guiding customers through on-going special offers
• Build knowledge on key product and brand categories with the expectation to develop the ability to up-sell and cross-sell to customers
• Liaise with central store teams and e-commerce teams across the company to convert sales leads.
• Support in-store stock tracking and store upkeep. Liaise between the store, central warehouse and e-ecommerce team and head office in the stock transfer in-bound or out-bound, documentation and upkeep maintenance
• Share regular documented and experience reporting with management team of sales performance, customer feedback and competitor study.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• This role is open to candidates who have completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality or associated topics and also to school leavers.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and Tagalog is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years prior work experience is required related to in-store sales or merchandising
• Experience in sales of watches with knowledge of basic strap and link adjustments is an advantage.
• Experience selling products of international brands is an advantage.
• Strong team player with a proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to tasks. Basic knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
