- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection.
- Answer questions about ingredients, specials, and allergens.
- Upsell drinks, gift packaging, or add-ons.
- Handle complaints professionally.
- Sales & Transactions:
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Accurately process orders (in-store, phone).
- Product & Display Management:
- Arrange baked goods attractively in display cases.
- Monitor stock, restock shelves, and rotate products for freshness.
- Package and label items.
- Monitor for and remove expired items.
- Shop Operations:
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, displays, and customer areas.
- Assist with basic cleaning and end-of-day prep.
- Assist with inventory and deliveries.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
