Job Title: Sales & store coordinator – Industrial Automation

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Store Coordinator with a strong background. The ideal candidate will hold a BE/MBA degree and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support and handling store within the industrial automation sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support (preferably in a trading or manufacturing company).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material readiness and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation such as delivery notes, and order confirmations.
• Maintain updated sales and inventory reports and highlight discrepancies or shortages.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and weekly sales reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized and systematic store
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
• Coordinate packing and dispatch of materials for delivery or transfer.
• Ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Attending phone calls & addressing customers

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
