As a Sales Supervisor, you'll help keep our dispensary running like clockwork. You'll guide the sales team through busy days, ensure compliance with state and company regulations, and step in whenever and wherever you're needed to keep operations smooth. From training new hires to making sure every customer leaves smiling, you'll be both a leader and a hands-on team player.
On a typical day, you might:
Train and coach new employees, helping them grow into confident, knowledgeable team members
Monitor sales transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service
Lead by example, stepping in to cover roles and support the sales floor whenever needed
Handle cash-handling responsibilities, returns, and register closes with precision
Create and manage the daily break schedule to keep the store running smoothly
Delegate tasks, motivate your team, and foster a positive, accountable culture
We're searching for strong communicators and natural leaders who know how to balance professionalism with people-first energy. The ideal candidate is:
A strong multitasker who thrives under pressure
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
Experienced in cannabis retail (1+ year preferred)
Confident in leading, training, and motivating a sales team
Committed to providing every customer with an outstanding experience
This role isn't just about managing the sales floor-it's about stepping into leadership. As a Sales Supervisor, you'll gain valuable experience in compliance, staff development, and retail management. Many of our Leads, Managers, and Corporate team members began their journeys in this very role.

High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of cannabis retail experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment.
