Looking for a Experienced Van Sales Supervisor with over 5 years of proven success in the FMCG distribution sector within the Dubai market. Skilled in managing traditional trade channels including groceries, self-service outlets, and B-class markets, ensuring sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Supervise and manage van sales operations across Dubai, focusing on grocery, self-service, and B-class markets.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective route planning and team performance management.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage in assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners.
• Ensure optimal product visibility, display, and stock rotation across outlets.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to achieve high performance and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and product availability.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotions, and market trend
• Valid UAE Driving license is Mandatory.
