Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for a Senior Consultant. In this role, you will provide strategic consulting and advisory services, including performing market analysis, evaluating client needs, and offering customized solutions. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, preparing reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. You will also support capturing market opportunities and coordinating with industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including market analysis and data interpretation
• Experience in client advisory, strategic planning, and decision-making support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Proficiency in using technology and data tools within the real estate domain
• Proven organizational and project management abilities
• Prior experience in real estate, consulting, or a related field is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related discipline
