We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor with a strong background in technical fit-outs and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop new business opportunities, and manage client relationships from inquiry to project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Generate new leads for fit-out, renovation, MEP, and interior works
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teams for accurate proposals and pricing
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and project opportunities
- Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales within technical fit-outs and renovation in the UAE
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team-lead role
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works, materials, drawings, and project workflow
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
