SALES SUPERVISOR

Job Title: Sales Supervisor (Dairy & Cheese Products)
Location: Qatar

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales operations for dairy and cheese products in the Qatar market. The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge, proven sales experience, and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily sales activities of the team
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
• Expand customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail outlets
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely product delivery
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
• Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales of dairy and cheese products
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar local market
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Valid Qatar Driving License
• Must have a transferable visa with NOC
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
