Sales Supervisor

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient management of inventory, sales activities, and operational processes across all branches.
  • Supervise branch operations to maintain consistency, efficiency, and full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Set and monitor sales targets (KPIs) for branches and sales teams in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Analyze branch sales performance on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Track sector performance to ensure achievement of approved monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure the availability of high-quality products at competitive prices.
  • Lead sales and marketing activities by analyzing market trends and competitor performance, and proposing strategies to improve sales results.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define objectives, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
  • Represent the company at local and international exhibitions and events to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
