Role Overview
The Sales Supervisor will:
- Drive student enrollments and revenue growth
- Lead and supervise front desk and sales staff
- Ensure smooth day-to-day center operations
- Maintain high student and parent satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins) into enrollments
- Conduct consultations and recommend suitable courses
- Supervise and coach sales/front desk team
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Improve conversion rates and revenue per student
- Manage follow-ups and re-enrollments
Center Operations
- Oversee daily center operations (scheduling, classroom readiness)
- Coordinate with teachers regarding student placements
- Handle client concerns professionally
- Ensure CRM and student systems are updated accurately
- Monitor attendance, renewals, and package usage
- Maintain a professional and welcoming center environment
Requirements
- Native or fluent Russian speaker
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales (education sector preferred)
- Experience supervising a team
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with CRM systems and performance reporting
- Ability to work weekends (education industry schedule)
Preferred Background
- Experience in language centers, tutoring centers, or training institutes
- Experience handling Russian-speaking clientele
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence
