Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:

Retail Sales Supervisor with experience in a distribution company, responsible for managing sales operations and supplying self-service supermarkets. Focused on ensuring product availability, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the food sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sales operations for self-service supermarket accounts
• Manage relationships with supermarket customers and ensure satisfaction
• Ensure proper product availability, stock rotation, and shelf presence
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries
• Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned targets
• Implement promotions and follow up on product visibility in stores
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order processing
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FMCG or food distribution
• Background in dealing with supermarkets or retail accounts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of sales operations and inventory flow
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Experience in supermarkets, convenience stores.
