Sales Supervisor

eMagine Solutions is hiring on behalf of a global multinational FMCG business in Saudi Arabia.

This is a senior, field-led Food Service commercial role with responsibility for driving revenue, availability, and service across a portfolio of independent Food Service accounts, while also leading day-to-day execution through Sales Executives / Merchandisers in-market. You’ll partner closely with Finance and Logistics/Transportation to deliver strong customer outcomes and tight collections discipline.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Own and grow a Food Service customer portfolio (independent accounts) with clear volume, revenue and service targets
• Act as the Key Account lead for priority customers: relationship management, negotiations, issue resolution, and commercial follow-through
• Lead and coordinate field execution via Sales Executives / Merchandisers to ensure coverage, call discipline, and in-store/customer standards
• Drive new business: prospecting, pipeline follow-up, referrals, and conversion
• Coordinate internally with Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Sales Excellence, Logistics and Finance to close sales and deliver consistently
• Lead initiatives to reduce stock / improve sell-through through targeted sales activities
• Own collections performance for your customer base, including overdue/outstanding follow-up and resolution
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reporting (sales, coverage, collections, key actions) and keep stakeholders aligned

What we’re looking for

• Strong FMCG sales background (Food Service channel experience is a major advantage)
• Experience managing Key Accounts and influencing/leading field teams (Sales Execs / Merchandisers)
• Arabic (must) + basic English (written and verbal)
• Strong commercial communication, customer management, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, customer service mindset, and ability to perform under pressure
• Comfortable with reporting and basic Microsoft Office; able to run weekly/monthly updates
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• SAP SuccessFactors familiarity is a plus
