Sales Supervisor

Job Title: Sales Supervisor – FMCG

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our FMCG sales team

Job location :

Saudi Arabia (Riyadh , Dammam, Jeddah ,Taif )

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support field sales teams to achieve sales targets

- Ensure proper execution of sales plans across assigned routes/areas

- Monitor daily sales performance and report KPIs

- Develop strong relationships with customers and key accounts

- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market

- Handle distribution activities and support trade execution

- Identify new business opportunities and market growth areas

Requirements:

- Proven experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory

- Experience in sales supervision or team leadership

- Strong understanding of distribution channels (General trade)

- Ability to manage targets and field operations effectively

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Valid driving license is preferred
