Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Industry: Retail (Dollar Shop)
Location: PWD Road, Islamabad
Job Type: Full-Time – Onsite

Working Hours

• 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (After Lockdown)

Off Days: 2 off days per month

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve team productivity.
• Ensure attractive product displays and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with management regarding inventory, stock replenishment, and product availability.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new sales staff.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit performance updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a dollar shop, supermarket, or retail store.
• Proven experience in sales supervision and team management.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and product display techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience preparing sales reports.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
