The role involves driving the achievement of sales targets and effectively promoting our products and services in the biomedical and life sciences industries.

โขย Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
โขย Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base, increase revenue, and promote company products within the assigned area or territory.
โขย Monitor the performance of sales representatives, provide guidance and support, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
โขย Plan and coordinate the sales activities of the team, including scheduling appointments, territory planning, and setting weekly/monthly goals.
-ย Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to existing and prospective customers in coordination with the sales team.
โข Negotiate contracts, quotations, prices, and specifications with customers, ensuring that deals meet profitability and customer satisfaction standards.
โข Assist in managing key client relationships and provide support to resolve issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
โขย Review and approve sales-related documentation, including quotations, invoices, contracts, and other necessary reports for the team.
โข Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, and technical support) to fulfil customer requirements and maintain smooth execution of sales processes.
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
โขย Bachelorโs degree (Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Agriculture, or related field)
โขย 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
โขย Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales quotas and goals.
โขย Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
โข Demonstrating client focus and ability to work productively within a team
โข Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on accountability and decision-making to drive team success.
โข Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
โขย Solid understanding of sales processes, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
โข Continuously strive to exceed expectations and deliver high-quality results.
