โ€ขย Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

โ€ขย Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base, increase revenue, and promote company products within the assigned area or territory.

โ€ขย Monitor the performance of sales representatives, provide guidance and support, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

โ€ขย Plan and coordinate the sales activities of the team, including scheduling appointments, territory planning, and setting weekly/monthly goals.

-ย Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to existing and prospective customers in coordination with the sales team.

โ€ข Negotiate contracts, quotations, prices, and specifications with customers, ensuring that deals meet profitability and customer satisfaction standards.

โ€ข Assist in managing key client relationships and provide support to resolve issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

โ€ขย Review and approve sales-related documentation, including quotations, invoices, contracts, and other necessary reports for the team.

โ€ข Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, and technical support) to fulfil customer requirements and maintain smooth execution of sales processes.


๐—๐—ผ๐—ฏ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—พ๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:

โ€ขย Bachelorโ€™s degree (Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Agriculture, or related field)

โ€ขย 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

โ€ขย Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales quotas and goals.

โ€ขย Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members

โ€ข Demonstrating client focus and ability to work productively within a team

โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on accountability and decision-making to drive team success.

โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

โ€ขย Solid understanding of sales processes, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.

โ€ข Continuously strive to exceed expectations and deliver high-quality results.
