Sales Supervisor (Female)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Area Supervisor to oversee multiple stores within our Leather Goods & Accessories category. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, supervising store teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand standards across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail stores to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Supervise, coach, and support Store Supervisors and sales teams
• Monitor and analyze area KPIs including sales, conversion rate, ATV, UPT, and staff productivity
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
• Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
• Support recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and development of retail staff
• Assist with staff scheduling, manpower planning, and task allocation across stores
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
• Coordinate with Head Office and Management on operational and commercial requirements
• Support new store openings and operational improvements when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of local retail experience, preferably in Leather Goods, Accessories, or Fashion/Luxury Retail
• Proven experience as an Area Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or Senior Retail Supervisor
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance management
• Experience managing and developing multiple store teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Arabic is mandatory; English communication skills required
• Experience in sales reporting, staff evaluations, and operational planning
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of area performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR11,000.00 per month
