Sales Supervisor – HORECA
Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor – HORECA is responsible for leading and managing HORECA sales operations in the Dubai market. This role involves overseeing a team of sales executives, developing key partnerships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies, and ensuring the achievement of sales and distribution targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, and support HORECA sales representatives across assigned territories in Dubai.

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in the HORECA sector including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services.

Ensure daily route plans, customer visits, and sales targets are achieved consistently.

Monitor product availability, placement, and visibility at HORECA outlets in line with brand standards.

Execute channel-specific promotions, seasonal campaigns, and upselling strategies.

Analyze market trends and track competitor activities to provide actionable insights.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Train and develop sales team members on product knowledge, customer service, and consultative selling techniques.

Liaise with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG or beverage industry, with a focus on the Dubai HORECA market.

Proven track record in managing HORECA sales and client relationships.

Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Valid UAE driving license.
