Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Guidance:

Provide guidance and training on effective verbal communication skills.

Offer technical guidance on analyzing data trends for decision-making reports.

Provide technical guidance on planning, organizing, and prioritizing activities to achieve business objectives efficiently.

Sales & Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and implement customer contact plans for product launches and sales campaigns to build new relationships.

Act as the primary contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving issues or escalating as needed.

Set clear objectives for sales calls/meetings, deliver presentations, and identify customer interest and needs.

Identify potential customers through referrals, networking, and industry events (e.g., trade shows).

Propose suitable products/services and configurations, explain choices, and facilitate purchases.

Assist in developing internal communications and collaborate with colleagues to build strong external customer relationships.

Team & Performance Management:

Monitor team performance, allocate work, review completion, and take corrective actions for quality and timeliness.

Contribute to formal individual performance management and appraisals.

Self-Development & Industry Knowledge:

Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, specifically in the Saudi
HORECA/OOH
market.

Leadership:
Strong leadership skills to manage, motivate, and guide the sales team.

Target Management:
Proven ability to manage and achieve team sales targets, as well as monitor area and individual salesman contributions.

Data Analysis:
Full proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis skills for reporting and strategy.

Sales & Negotiation Skills:
Excellent core sales skills, especially strong negotiation and communication abilities with customers.

Account Management:
Experience in managing client accounts, including overseeing collections and ensuring timely follow-up.
