Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor oversees daily sales operations and leads a team of sales associates to meet and exceed performance goals. This role focuses on motivating the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth store or department operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support sales staff during daily operations
  • Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve sales skills
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues when needed
  • Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and shift coverage
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on restocking
  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Promote sales via social media platforms.
  • Generate leads.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in sales or retail; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales systems
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
