We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support & PRO professional to join an international company in Dubai. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills who can efficiently multitask while supporting the sales team and managing PRO-related responsibilities within JAFZA. The role will support and enhance the sales team's effectiveness by managing administrative duties, coordinating communication with clients and internal teams, handling PRO activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations. The role contributes directly to increased efficiency, improved client coordination, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all PRO activities with JAFZA, including visas, licenses, permits, renewals, labor cards, and other government-related processes.
  • Provide full administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Monitor and manage sales data, including reports, forecasts, CRM updates, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare and distribute sales documentation, proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Manage office operations, reception duties, and office supplies.
  • Support the finance team with invoicing processing, customer payment follow-ups, and expense claim submissions.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, client appointments, and internal/external events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, contracts, and documentation.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of sales and operational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures related to assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Mandatory experience dealing with JAFZA PRO activities (visas, licensing, and government documentation).
  • Prior experience in inside sales support, sales administration, or office coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
