Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated DOC Support Generalist to join our Commercial Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tactical and administrative support to Iron Mountain Internal Customers throughout the opportunity lifecycle, enabling opportunities to move to revenue.


You'll be joining a dynamic team dedicated to streamlining sales operations and ensuring sales representatives have the information and support they need to succeed.


What You'll Do

In this role, you will:


  • Lead the day-to-day coordination and triage of requests related to DOC Support, ensuring timely and effective tactical and administrative support for internal customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Account Management, Commercial, and country teams to conduct research, compile reports (including contracts, pricing, and invoices), and provide regular status updates on open opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with defined processes, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs), proactively identifying and escalating process breakdowns to contribute to continuous improvement.


What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:


  • A University Degree in a relevant field.
  • Mandatory fluency in English and proven experience in Customer Care or Sales Support .
  • Strong knowledge of and proven ability to use Microsoft Excel and Power Point , including importing, consolidating, and analyzing customer and sales data.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail , including the proven ability in prioritization, time management, and problem-solving to manage multiple concurrent service level agreements (SLAs).
