As part of our sales team, you will provide first class customer service advice and play a key role in supporting our sales team to ensure efficient and flawless service.
In this role, you will contribute to building strategies for improving the overall customer experience, fostering loyalty, cooperate with a truly exciting team and colleagues from all over the world and be based at our Hempel’s offices located in Içerenköy Istanbul.

With your self-motivated, energetic, and proactive attitude, you will have the opportunity to become part of Hempel’s sales force.
Acting as a back-up point to the Sales team, supporting them with documentation handling, CRM updates, Lead generation, Quotations to customers, Reports Creation, Customer Communication
Being the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction.
Maintaining high standards in reporting and analysis to consistently produce quality outcomes.
Handling price list updates and documentation, ensuring strict adherence to the Authority Matrix and maintaining a systematic archiving process.
Performing other related jobs/ tasks as required
What does it take to become our new team member?
Previous experience working as a Sales/Customer Care Representative would be a plus.
English written and spoken.
MS Office, Excel skills.
Well-rounded in ERP and CRM environment.
