Sales Support Engineer

Looking for Hiring (Sales Support Engineer)

Job Description:

• Sales Support Activities (quotation stage)
• Study Customer Drawings and other Project documents to catch client’s requirements.
• Prepare Proposal Drawings and BOQ to submit client.
• Prepare necessary submission documentation in case there is requirement from salespersons.
• Attend meetings with customers along with sales persons if required.
•  Sales Support Activities (job stage)
• Prepare a Checklist for Entering jobs.
• Conduct project process and take needed action to meet schedule.
• Support Sales on payment documentation
• Coordination Between the Sales Office and Head Office
• Ensures proper communication between the sales office and H.O. to maintain proper information and workflow.
• Monitoring and making record log for document transmittal between the Sales Office and HO

Job Requirement

Ø Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)

Ø MS Office / MS Projects / AutoCAD /

Ø Good at English

Ø At least 1-2 years experience working in steel buildings

Ø Independent, organized, pays attention to detail, patient, responsible, team player.
