As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations, efficient customer service, and timely execution of sales processes. You will act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments, helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales reports.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up on pending matters.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for stock availability.
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Excellent Command of English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a similar industry.

Familiarity with ERP systems.

Basic understanding of sales processes and KPIs.
