Sales support Executive(Inside Sales)-Oil and Gas Trading

• Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients for feedback or clarification.
• Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Maintain and update the customer database, sales records, and contract files.
• Support in market research, client profiling, and competitor analysis.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Oil and Gas Trading Company: 2 years (Required)
• Preparing Technical and Commercial proposals : 2 years (Required)
• UAE Oil & Gas or EPC: 2 years (Required)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Team Development: 2 years (Required)
• Mechanical, Electrical, or PPE equipment is required.: 2 years (Required)

Language:
