We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Support Officer with few years of experience in tenders is required. Canadidate have to knowledge of tender documentation /preparation. Applicants with minimum qualification of BBA, good computer skills and fluency in English will be preferred. recruit@ialpak.com

  • To provide complete administrative and sales assistance to management including their correspondence with clients and complete sales documentation management.
  • Preparation and management of tenders including complete pre-bid and post-bid documentation
  • Emails, letters, quotations, proforma/commercial invoices, purchase orders drafting and filing.
  • Complete sales records management including quotations sent to clients, letters sent and received by the clients, payments follow-up for regular orders within Pakistan as well as tender follow-up.
  • Complete billing records management for regular orders and tenders within Pakistan as well as International orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs1.50 per month
