Sales Support Responsible

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Responsible to strengthen our commercial team and support revenue growth across Air, Ocean, and Road freight operations. This role is responsible for preparing competitive quotations, managing RFQs, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal operations. The position plays a critical role in improving response times, increasing win ratios, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations (Air, Ocean, Road) in line with company pricing strategy,

• Manage and respond to RFQs within agreed timelines and SLAs,

• Support Sales Managers in acquiring new business and maintaining existing accounts,

• Coordinate with overseas agents and carriers to secure the best possible rates,

• Maintain and update CRM systems with customer activities, opportunities, and quotation history,

• Ensure smooth handover of awarded shipments to the Operations team,

• Monitor quotation success rates and provide insights to improve win ratio,

• Assist in tender preparations and long-term pricing agreements,

• Support customer onboarding processes, including documentation and system setup,

• Provide market intelligence and competitor rate insights to the Sales team,

• Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and internal procedures,

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely communication and proactive follow-up,
  
  

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field,

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Sales Support roles,

• Solid knowledge of Air, Ocean, and Road freight operations,

• Good understanding of Incoterms, international shipping documentation, and basic customs procedures,

• Proven experience in preparing RFQs and competitive freight quotations,

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel),

• Experience using CRM systems and freight forwarding software,

• Strong analytical skills for rate comparison and cost calculation,

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with commercial awareness,

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability,

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,

• Excellent organizational and time management skills,

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation,
