AVERS Real Estate is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role is responsible for managing listings, preparing marketing materials, processing transactions, and ensuring a seamless client experience from inquiry through to closing. The position reports to the Sales Manager or Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage property listings on the company's website, portal sites (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut), and internal databases, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Create and update sales collateral, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and comparative market analysis (CMA) reports for agents and clients.
- Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and inspections by scheduling appointments and liaising between clients, agents, and property owners.
- Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, offers, and other transactional documents, ensuring completeness and compliance with company standards.
- Serve as a liaison between sales agents, the legal department, and property management to facilitate smooth transaction processing and handovers.
- Manage client and prospect databases in the CRM system, ensuring accurate logging of interactions, inquiries, and follow-up tasks.
- Handle inbound client inquiries via phone and email, providing initial information and routing qualified leads to the appropriate sales agent.
- Support the sales team with market research, data entry, and preparation of weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing events and sales campaigns.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordination role, preferably within the real estate, property development, or hospitality sector in the UAE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and property listing portals.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Professional demeanor, customer-oriented attitude, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven team environment.
- Basic understanding of UAE real estate processes and terminology is preferred.
