Sales Support Specialist

We’re hiring a Sales Support Specialist to support our top-performing sales reps. This role is critical to keeping a high-volume book of business running smoothly while helping us grow. This role will be directed by the sales rep

You’ll handle the day-to-day execution—working with customers, dispatch, and operations—so our sales team can stay focused on selling.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a possible opportunity to grow into sales or operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage delivery add-ons and schedule changes
• At times making non CDL delvieres
• Coordinate tank moves, swaps, and pickups
• Picking up and moving tanks from yard to site or site to site
• Communicate with dispatch and operations teams
• Handle customer requests, updates, and issue resolution
• Process orders and ensure accuracy
• Track tank activity and customer needs
• Step into field support when needed (including moving tanks)
• Help solve problems quickly in a fast-moving environment

• Strong communication skills (customer-facing role)
• Highly organized with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solver with a “get it done” attitude
• Willing to learn the business from the ground up
• Valid driver’s license will need to get a DOT Medical Card

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
