We are looking for an all-round Sales Specialist, supporting our Sales Manager with administrative customer service as well as first level technical support in Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman, and KSA.
Your Tasks - What you can expect as Sales Support Specialist:

As the main contact and entry point, you handle all customer interactions and requests

You manage full order lifecycle, including order entry, processing, confirmations, delivery coordination, and invoicing

You monitor contract conditions, maintain payment terms, sales figures, and bonus accruals

In addition, you manage consignment stocks and maintain customer master data

While closely supporting the sales representative, you prepare sales statistics, reporting, and cover general administrative tasks

You support customers with product-related questions, provide first-level technical support and coordinate more complex requests with internal technical teams
Your Profile - What you bring as Sales Support Specialist:

Based on a technical or commercial qualification, you bring experience in sales support or customer service, ideally in printing ink or packaging industry

Through your independent and structured working style, you manage tasks reliably and with a high sense of responsibility

With a strong customer and service-oriented mindset, you consistently ensure high quality standards

You have very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage

In daily business, you communicate confidently and professionally in English

To better support sales activities in a technical environment, basic technical understanding would be a huge plus
