Sales & Support Team Leader

SALES & SUPPORT TEAM LEADER

We are urgently looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Support Team Leader to join our team at our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate must have strong support and team leadership experience, proven sales expertise (both inbound and outbound), and excellent CRM skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve the company’s KPI structure.
• Supervise and motivate the team, ensuring daily productivity and performance.
• Meet personal sales targets and ensure the team achieves sales and support goals.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales/support processes effectively.
• Drive the team to achieve commission-based sales goals alongside company targets.
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews for team members.
• Assist the Line Manager in developing and executing team sales & support strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for every client interaction.
• Handle both local and international clients with professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve sales and support queries quickly.
• Prepare team action plans and reports to achieve targets.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader in sales and support.
• Proven track record in both inbound and outbound operations.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and accountability skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM, ClickUp, Salesflare) and MS Excel/Word.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
