Royal Solar Energy is one of Pakistan’s leading renewable energy companies, providing high-quality solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. We are now expanding our presence and looking for a dynamic Branch Sales & Operations Manager to lead our Islamabad Franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Islamabad branch, ensuring smooth workflow across departments
• Design and implement strategies to convert qualified leads into successful sales
• Manage and motivate tele sales and field teams to achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor team performance, deliver training, and ensure efficient task execution
• Coordinate with the Head Office for inventory, marketing campaigns, reporting, and service support
• Ensure excellent customer service and address escalated client issues promptly
• Maintain organized documentation and generate reports for audits and performance reviews

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3–4 years in branch sales/operations management (solar/energy sector preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proven track record in sales and team supervision
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Able to manage operations independently and meet targets consistently

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
