Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our Horeca market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Horeca clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés).
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and oversee negotiations with key accounts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client escalations when needed.
