✅ Key Skills & Traits

• Proven leadership and track record of high-ticket closings
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
• Professionalism, discipline, and integrity
• RERA certification (preferred)
• Multilingual (English a must; Arabic/other languages a plus)
